  OH my goodness! Incredible food. Wonderful service (Sara).
  
  We were a party of three. We were sat immediately and Sara our server was very prompt and attentive to us. I had the chicken fajitas with the frijoles charros, which were amazing.
  
  It was a Saturday night which apparently is their karaoke night, so be prepared to partake or enjoy.
  
  Sara informed us that they have a great buffet during the week and lunch times on the weekend, including handmade tortillas on certain days (I think).

  Not sure what's going on, but I've been twice since my last review and the food quality has dropped immensely. The staff seems more disinterested in the customers, and even the manager stood up front, doing nothing, instead of greeting the customers like he used to. I even saw a roach climb out of my seat! Because of all this, I'm never going back to this location, and would not recommend it to anyone- hope things change for the better!

  The food is ok but the service is horrendous!  I asked the girl that brought me salsa for more, and she looked at me like I should never ask that, said, "Well, ok" and never brought it.  The bartender was more interested in socializing with the females than doing his job, and was never behind the bar checking on his customers.  This is a Mexican restaurant and he makes margaritas by pouring them out of a jug.  The owner/ manager who is male came into the bathroom while I was in there and continued changing paper towels as I was waiting.  He never knocked or announced himself.  Terrible service, terrible people who don't care about good customer service and will NEVER get my money again.

  This is an authentic mexican restaurant very good but there is no spicy sauce. And thats is too bad...
  
  Este lugar tiene un buffet mexicano de verdad. Su único problema es que las salsas no pican. Un lugar mexicano donde la salsa no pique es motivo de tristeza.

  Mexico Lindo is not your typical Mexican restaurant . This location was quite unique well maybe more or less special. There was a DJ paying lots of old skool music when you walk up towards the front door from the parking lot. He was in the patio spinning. It's was no later than 8pm and the drinks were flowing and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Inside of the restaurant was cool from the a/c so decided to grab a seat inside and let the server know it was my first time being here. She was nice. Asked a few questions about the menu. And here is where it gets interesting. Keep in mind we are in the Mexican restaurant- and when you ask a few people what is good in the menu and they pick things like "wings" you start feeling suspect about the food that it is known for. Well quite frankly it's not the Mexican food. They are known for drinks, music and wings. The authentic food was not all that I expected. Things were lifeless or more less made from box  recipies or frozen entrees and then served hot. The male server who brought out my plates. (Yes one was wings which I was not happy about!) they had no soul!
  He had really big hair without the net so when he would hold the tray on his left or right shoulder to bring the plates to the customers, the hair was laying on the plates like flies on rice - it was not a good experience. Also ordered a swirl margarita but beware, they are no swirls, it's just mixed all together.
  Next time I will keep it moving.
